It's ideal for maintaining your dog's coat between full grooms or for double-coated breeds that don't require clipping. A Full Groom includes everything in the Mini Groom plus a complete haircut or clip styled to your preference. Full Grooms are recommended for breeds that need regular haircuts to keep their coat manageable and comfortable.

Puppies can have their first grooming experience from around 12-16 weeks of age, once they've had their initial vaccinations. Our Puppy Groom is a gentle introduction to the grooming process, helping your young dog become comfortable with being handled, bathed, and dried. Starting early helps prevent anxiety around grooming as they grow older. We take extra time with puppies to make sure their first experience is calm and positive. Puppies over 6 months will need a full groom rather than a puppy groom.

Our salon is located at 15 Resolution Drive in Gulf Harbour, Whangaparāoa. We welcome dogs and their owners from across the Hibiscus Coast, including Stanmore Bay, Manly, Arkles Bay, Army Bay, Matakatia, Red Beach, and surrounding areas. We're easy to find with parking available on site.

We're open Tuesday to Friday from 8:45am to 2pm. We're closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. If these hours don't suit your schedule, please get in touch - we may be able to accommodate special requests.

We accept cash, eftpos, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of collection. Our prices are transparent with no hidden fees - the price quoted at booking is the price you'll pay, unless additional services like dematting are required, which we'll always discuss with you first.
